There used to be a day where buying electronics was as simple as going to a Best Buy or RadioShack, having a quick chat with a sales rep, and making a purchase. Now, with the explosion of online shopping and the sheer number of available options, it’s hard to tell which products are worth your time and, more importantly, your hard-earned money.

If an item is being sold at a deep discount, it could mean one of two things. First, it’s a piece of equipment that was developed strictly to be sold at that low of a price. Charging cords? Check. HDMI cables that reach to all your devices? Check. A cooling fan for that snazzy new gaming computer? Double-check. Moral of the story: Never be afraid to accessorize.
